Really great work. The team were friendly and very considerate to work around the hours my dog was out! Extremely easy communication via WhatsApp and while I was away for 3 days I had updates. Lovely team that took great care of my home and belongings. Tidied up each day and wonderful clean up job at the end. I was able to live in the flat throughout which was great. Walls went up fast and are way more solid than before! Plus I appreciate the inclusion of the insulation. Project took a few days longer than planned but this was communicated and was down to the walls being worse than expected and the time lost keeping it "lovable" for me and the dog! It is a great job and makes the flat much brighter and sharper. In an ideal world, I would have a complete renovation but the team did a great job working with inherent flaws of the original build. I am very likely to recommend Laterem to family and friends and I'm hoping to get the team back to assist with my new kitchen!

Complete house 12 windows 1 front door 1 back and 2 French doors fitted. The team were brilliant from sales to the surveyor and then the fitters. They were so professional and tidy. I was delighted to discover that nothing was too much trouble for them. They always arrived on time, which was wonderful. Now, I'm eager to see how the upcoming winter will impact my heating bills. I am so happy with the transformation of my home and its new look.

We have recently used the Laterem company to damp proof our basement. The work was first class and the workers were very polite and caring. Laterem came back after 4 weeks to check if the plastering had dried out and when deemed to be ready the decorators finished the work to perfection. Plumbing work was also done and we were very pleased with the result. We would certainly recommend this company for their standard of work and helpful attitude
